Pros
There are great opportunities for growth especially if you are willing to work for it, hard work can sometimes allow you to get into positions you may not have a strong background in.
Cons
It is hard to come up with one of these as there aren’t that many things that are actually that bad, one thing they could benefit from is reviewing employees in the same role and making sure they are all paid somewhat equally- there are a few discrepancies in this area
