I figured out a way to work smarter, not harder. I cut down my work time IN HALF and was able to do twice as much work. One of the managers told me I was "call avoiding" which I had record to prove I was not. I took every call and made every call for the accounts I worked. I told them this, and since all calls were recorded--he also knew this. But since I was doing the work processes in a different order, they said I was trying to avoid doing work. He got sensitive and let another manager know, who double downed on this. They told me to do work the way they wanted, not the faster and more efficient way. I was literally doing more work in less time than everyone else. And that shot my work morale and I then realized this company was a not worth the $16 an hour I was making there, and I could do so much better. Don't work here. they stifle employees.
