      Pros

      In the corporate world all is well...morale is up...perks are unlimited...smiles are contagious. The camaraderie among the different levels are undeniable apparent and success is inevitable

      Cons

      The above mentioned only tends to happen in the corporate world. Operations has hardly any of the same perks. Leadership can be hit or miss and upper management is never to blame

      Pros

      Wonderful team and work environment. They have a bullet proof system going that you can tell management took time and learned from lots of feedback. Many young successful reps working 10+ years. Inspiring.
