Pros
New hires are placed in sink or swim roles that force you to quickly learn, adapt and build experience in short time. It's a great launching pad for new graduates looking to accelerate their technical skill set. Lots responsibilities and exposure to how consumer lending business works.
Cons
Good managers and leaders are rare in Enova. Poor leadership development programs. Lots of politics. Promotions are more based on being well perceived and liked and having relationships with senior management than on achievements and results. Promotions are pre-determined, heavily based on perception and how much weight your manager holds with the executive team, which minimizes the weight of actual performance reviews. Hard to advance past associate or senior associate level.
