Relaxed attire (T-shirt & jeans, hoodies, etc), Plethora of overtime, Holiday party raffles (GoPro, Apple TV, Kindle Fire, Ipad mini, Samsung HD TV, $250 gift card, etc), Opportunity to learn, 401K

Cons

Manager favoritism, gossip, unprofessional-ism, questionable hires, undeserved promotions, Department managers unapproachable, too many ghetto unprofessional hires, customers, industry, bad lending practices, very huge flaws with products and procedures, awful turnover rate, not enough recognition, new product roll-outs that do not work right (Installment CAB loans), no sense of duty or responsibility, etc.

Wonderful team and work environment. They have a bullet proof system going that you can tell management took time and learned from lots of feedback. Many young successful reps working 10+ years. Inspiring.
