My peers were like my family.

Cons

There is a huge separation between operations and corporate, it's to the point to where you feel as if you're not appreciated and they don't see you. You're just a number to them. There is no coaching or developing, unless you're one of there favorites.

Pros

Wonderful team and work environment. They have a bullet proof system going that you can tell management took time and learned from lots of feedback. Many young successful reps working 10+ years. Inspiring.
