Stay Away, great for 6 months and then... - Peeon Enovis Employee Review

Leadership or should I say, non-leaders or credit seekers... When they mess up, they blame lower management. When teams deliver, they take the credit! My manager doesn't even know what the team does. When I was discussing an issue, I was told that I was speaking a different language. Where do you go with that response? Most (not all) upper management should not be in management. CEO changes every other year. Directors jump from one part of the company to another. No clear person to go to when it is needed.
