Hostile Work Environment. No Training. - Maintenance Technician Enovix Employee Review

No training is provided here. Physically hostile staff, especially among the older maintenance techs. Had to leave after I was getting threatened to my face once a week and HR did nothing about it and called me a liar. If your new, your opinions on basic human respect, personal safety/PPE and work environment are completely disregarded and you are expected to sit down, be quiet, and do the work nobody else wants to because they feel they're "above it". No room for learning or growth unless you know how to play politics and not get physically assaulted on site.
