Business Outlook
Pros
Work with some of the smartest people in MEMS, batteries, and electrochemistry all in one building. Nice facility, free snacks, excellent equipment, and great production support staff. Family type environment where all professional levels are treated equally in a modern work setting.
Cons
Long hours, weekends at times, long commute, tight cash, and uncertain future. Though if anyone can solve the challenges this high energy density storage device poses it will be this team of people. I found it took time to adapt to the EX-Formfactor-IBM-Symix culture. Shared office area is good for collaboration but very noisy and distracting to some (like me).
