Cons
Promotions to people are random and not based on HR Policies. Extended working hours due to support to Malaysia and India teams. No production or R&D facility left in Fremont, US, so, travel internationally has become mandatory. Need lots of approval for even small expenditures. Layoff rumors start from upper management and that disrupts mental peace for working on a daily basis.
