Job stability overshadowed by staffing issues and complaints - Cash Applications Specialist Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

They have hired multiple different foreign workers first Indian then Mexican and now philapino. They had them on phones but got so many complaints they are making cash applications staff go to customer service positions and putting the foreigners in the cash application positions even though we were told the reason cash members were being moved is because cash departments were over staffed
