Poor management and high workload - Billing Supervisor Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

Company has sister company they hire for billing which is not operated professionally or efficiently. Workload is not feasible for 40 hour week and they expect you to work outside those hours. There isn't any proper training and if any errors occur you will be scrutinized for it. Management is not capable and micro manages. Very bizarre bahavior by upper management, including being unprofessional, mood instability and gets very upset when you point out their own errors. Useless meetings take up half the day. Very uncomfortable atmosphere and no work life balance.
