      Good co-workers that are Mercy employees. Hired vendor Ensemble has arrogant leadership that is borderline legal in some things they do and how they get rid of people

      Cons

      terrible management. management by fear. mandatory overtime for salary with no additional pay or time off. getting rid of all Mercy managers and bringing in Vendor managements from Ensemble company.

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      Cons

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
