      -Fast accrual of PTO (PTO only, no sick time) -The company paid for the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative exam -Opportunity for advancement/transfer to other areas

      -Strict 1 minute tardy policy- no grace period -Doctor's excuses will not excuse an absence- No way to have excused absences -Low pay

      Pros

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      Cons

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
