Thanks for taking the time to write in. As you know, one of the most important things about working for Ensemble is that everyone has a voice. And everyone has a chance to speak up, and contribute to our shared success. Even when we make a mistake, we want our associates to speak up in a constructive way that helps us become better and engages our associates as part of the solution. It makes me happy when I get to read things like this. I’m truly grateful for the kind words, and that you are a part of our team. Judson Ivy, President, Ensemble Health Partners

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
