Pros
In short, I love everything about working for Ensemble. I love the challenge, I love the people, I love the culture, I love the opportunity, I love the learning, I love the ability to try, I love the mentoring, I love the freedom to fail, and I love the opportunity to succeed. Ensemble is something that I thought I would never find in my life—an ever-evolving set of opportunities and challenges that brings me so much joy and fulfillment. I am one of the lucky ones who can truly say they love what they do and nothing feels like work. If I could pick one of the many things I love, I would ultimately say it is the people who have become family. They bring me up, and challenge my positions. They get frustrated at me, and put up with my eccentricities. They love me and guide me, and often in a way that I do not like but rather need. These people are my family. I would do anything for them because they mean so much to me. That tells me that Ensemble is truly special and I love being a small part of it. There is tremendous growth opportunity here if you are willing to listen, learn, and work hard. Never in my life have I been with a company that truly rewards and develops skill and talent so consistently.
