Pros
Even working remotely, I feel included in company functions and events although I may not be able to participate because I am remote, I like the feeling of inclusiveness. I like the fact that Ensemble encourages and makes available the opportunity to all staff to educate and improve upon themselves. I really like what I do and that I was trusted enough to help develop and grow our team.
Cons
The pros far outweigh the cons.
