As a leader at Ensemble I feel it is important to share why I have worked and will continue to work at Ensemble. It is all about our difference. My ensemble difference is fairly complex but I will try to simplify it here. I love working at Ensemble because the environment that we have created allows us to be challenged without fear. In fact, to challenge in a positive way is encouraged. We aren’t afraid to make mistakes. We can all contribute and have a voice to make innovation happen. It is a place without many limits that celebrates you as the individual and understands you matter to the whole team and vision. We can count on each other and in many cases, even as large as we have become, we are a family. We are tough on each other with the purpose of making each other better. We are given opportunities to influence and create. We are there for each other. WE are Ensemble. For me it is the fact there is a WE.
