Pros

Working with a team of brilliant people! Everyone takes pride and ownership in everything that they do. Leadership encourages innovation and professional development.

Cons

None so far. Aside from how cold Ohio gets in the winter there haven’t been any issues or situations that could qualify as a con.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. We only want to hire ‘A Players’ here at Ensemble. An ‘A Player’ at Ensemble is someone that’s committed to innovation, and taking personal ownership of their role within our company and their own professional development. I’m so pleased to hear that’s been your experience at Ensemble! Unfortunately, the winters can be a bit cold for our teammates in Ohio, but our clients are happy to know that we’re there to take care of them, rain or shine, hot or cold! Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
