Pros
I have been employed by EHP for almost four years. I could not feel any more appreciated & valued. We are constantly receiving education/training, our opinions & concerns are welcome, our ideas on process improvements are heard and many have been implemented. Any one that complains, think back at past employers, compare them with EHP & I bet you didn't receive even half of what EHP offers us. Stop complaining & thinking the grass is greener elsewhere...instead start watering the grass you're on...Embrace the opportunities provided to us which helps us to grow individually & as a company. If this is not something you want, then maybe EHP is not the right place for you? No one is making you stay. Why do you?
Cons
I can honestly not think of anything. Maybe because it takes maturity to know & see what's right in front of me & when something is good. I am proud & grateful to work at EHP with great leadership & a caring people.
