Revenue Recovery - leadership - Director Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

Pros

Although a young company, the leadership at all levels combines significant prior experience in operations roles identical to clients; so, the ability to manage client processes and innovate in the industry is much greater that you might otherwise expect. I am constantly amazed at individual ability to do best work and coordinate with others whose skill sets are among the best in the industry. And the commitment to employee training, HFMA certification, and internal career path while not perfected yet, is unique from what I have previously experienced in the industry.

Cons

There have been some growing pains for a new company (little over 3 years) but that growth has been phenomenal so it would put a significant strain on any company. Overall, leadership has been extremely responsive to the challenges with a constant focus on needs of the client and empowerment of the employees. I have rarely seen companies so dedicate to learning constantly from their problems and internal recommendations from employees at all levels.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
