Pros

Loved the culture of the company. Diversity is celebrated. Great training team.

Cons

On my team, there were ALOT of changes in less than a year. Leadership on the team was unstable. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Don’t believe they handled the pandemic hit well. Unrealistic productivity goals, or at least the terms to meet them were out of date.

Thank you for taking the time to write in. We are glad to hear you share your experience with Ensemble – both the good and the opportunities for improvement. As you mentioned, we do believe in investing in our associates and providing a culture of innovation and transparency. We encourage our associates to speak up – all the time – about what we can do to get better each and every day. We are a rapidly growing organization, and with that comes change. Part of that change was navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. We proudly did not layoff any associates. We transitioned associates quickly from the office to working remotely, providing them the opportunity to have a healthy and comfortable working environment, as well as the opportunity for flex scheduling and a positive work-life balance. Thank you again for sharing your honest feedback, and for being a part of the Ensemble team. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
