Pros

The flex scheduling is the best part of working for this company.

Cons

They do not match 401K at all. They did give us a small contribution this year, which was nice but does not happen every year. The company is growing too fast and does not have the proper amount of staffing for the growth. The insurance is expensive and not very good for what it is. You are stuck within a small network and have to pay more to go out of network. I pay for the most expensive plan and still have issues finding places in network. Compensation is extremely low compared to other competitors.

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
