Pros

The company offers great advancement opportunities and really invests in leadership development, employing tons of tools to help growing associates. The culture is typically as advertised, though a few rogue leaders can definitely change that experience for their direct reports. Many senior leaders are extremely intelligent and outstanding mentors- very open-door atmosphere where titles aren’t barriers. I always felt like I had the autonomy to do my job and that my voice was heard. I can also say that executives do care about their clients and work to exceed their expectations.

Cons

The rapid growth did create some strain on the infrastructure- disparities in reporting, redundant processes, and sometimes just plain chaos while trying to build the plane in flight. Given the expanse of business this is definitely symptomatic and expected. My only negative experiences were a handful of leaders that micromanaged entire departments and didn’t adapt well to organizational leadership as they advanced through the ranks, and then just a general reactive feeling to situations (burning fires everywhere).

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
