Pros

Job stability, chance to grow and learn, many opportunities. Work life balance is what you make it.

Cons

Pay scale is atrocious. Yearly raises do not cover cost of living increases. New employees being brought in at higher rate than tenured team members.

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
