Pros

Ensemble is advanced for its age. Very manual processes make like easier. Another thing that makes life easier there is the Project managers. the Culture and engagement is great as well. They really adapted well to create engagement in a remote environment.

Cons

Compensation is low. 401k match is only a few hundred dollars. Health benefits are expensive. Merit increases are often below national average.

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
