We want to hear from associates when they have comments, ideas, suggestions, and concerns regarding their work or any other aspect of our company. We also provide other avenues of communication to understand the needs and perspectives of associates including team meetings, quarterly individual meetings, and surveys, such as our annual Speak Up Survey. This communication and feedback from associates helps us continuously improve both the employment experience for our associates and the operations of our company. We encourage associates who have questions or concerns about their manager, their work, their career path, or any other aspect of their job, to use the open door policy to get their questions or concerns addressed.
