Pros

The people in the company are great to work with and willing to sacrifice personal time to try to help their team and department succeed.

Cons

Unfortunately, the organization did not approve staff for the rapid growth and now the people are burned-out from trying so hard to temporarily carry the weight. What was assumed to be temporary has turned into more than a year of working 60+ hours a week. Burn-out and unrealistic expectations have caused many strong contributors to leave the organization. Recent decisions and actions have significantly deteriorated the trust and confidence in senior and executive leadership. These actions have been completely contrary to the core values that EHP was built on and what mid-level leaders are held to.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
