Ensemble Health Partners Response
4yThanks for your feedback, and for taking the time to share your experience. We did want to respond to respond about our time and attendance policy. Yes, we are very strict about being on time when you work for our company. We do this for many reasons. One of the most important reasons is patient safety and making sure we have the right number of people working at or supporting our client hospitals. But it’s also about how we treat our fellow associates. Most members of our team work 8 or 12 hour shifts. At the end of a long day, you’re ready to go home. When someone shows up late, for whatever reason, it means that person has to stay at work even longer until the next person arrives. Whether it’s one minute or one hour, it’s not fair to the person having to wait for the late teammate to show up. We’re all in this together at Ensemble to work toward a common goal as a team. Nobody gets a pass on this. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. At any time we welcome you to contact us directly with your personal story at askjudson@ensemblehp.com or tellshannon@ensemblehp.com and let’s discuss your perception and experience together.
