Pros

Remote workforce has been helpful. We have some of the best and brightest working for Ensemble.

Cons

The expectations of keeping up with the growth is unrealistic. Senior level leaders have lost touch with what it takes to run a business AND a department. They’ve lost the human factor.

Pros

You are at home. Some coworkers are nice. If you can deal with lousy lazy leaders you will be okay.

Cons

Micromanagement. Lead by managers who act like they came from McDonald's. Low pay for what we are asked to do. Raises are a joke. Training is a joke. Benefits are a joke. If you cab get in elsewhere do it. Not diverse.
