Here at Ensemble, we believe strongly in paying for performance, and we offer a competitive compensation package that has been designed to reward results. We are very proud of our robust incentive plans that add value to the base wages for our associates, in addition to the comprehensive benefits package that we offer. Our intent is to have a career ladder for every position within Ensemble, so that each associate knows the qualifications for internal growth. Whether you’re just starting out in your career or a seasoned associate looking to join a growing company, the sky is the limit for associates looking to grow and advance here at Ensemble. Growth and career advancement here at Ensemble are predominantly provided with the proof of a solid work ethic, living by the principles of the Ensemble Difference, and mastering the skills within your work area at our company. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
