Ensemble is focused on providing benefit options that are easy to understand, offer quality, affordable care, and provide value to our diverse workforce. We regularly benchmark our programs and review current trends to offer a best-in-class Total Rewards package. As our business continues to grow and change we continue to explore opportunities to support our associates, including broad networks and plan designs, expanded covered services, enhanced care management, and new benefit and wellbeing programs while partnering with vendors to offer robust self-service tools and technology. Our programs provide a suite of comprehensive healthcare, retirement, financial protection, time off, and well-being options. One of our key principles is centered on personal and technical development. Every individual has a learning plan and leadership competencies aligned to their role. We encourage career conversations during each quarterly goal review between the associate and their leader. Continuous improvement is expected, so obtaining a certification, completing role-based training, or leveraging one of the many career development tools is encouraged.

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
