At Ensemble, we first and foremost believe in working together toward a common goal. To do so, we lead our daily decisions based on our principles: People first, last and always - this means that we know people are our #1 asset. All for one and one for all - this means that we are truly working together toward common goals. Your responsibilities go beyond your job description - this means that just as much as we are in this together, it is everyone's job to be successful and to go the extra mile each day. Developing you makes us better - this means that we strongly encourage and drive our team to better themselves each day, whether it be through formal development training or by simply challenging ourselves to learn something new each day. The status quo isn't good enough - we challenge our teams to never accept complacency, but to constantly move the bar through innovation to continue delivering results. And as shared from an associate's first week during onboarding, we always have an open door policy - we strive to breed a culture of collaboration, transparency, feedback, and discussion on anything that is of importance, concern, or suggestions to each of our associates. We want to continue to build our culture where everyone feels that they belong, feel valued, and are heard.

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
