Upper management very positive and energetic. Did an excellent job of handling the onset of the Covid pandemic. Commited to no layoffs even though thecompany took a hugh financial hit at the onset.
Cons
Salaries on the low side. Insurance benefits not taken by as many providers in the area as other big name health insurance company plans. Meetings too long and tedious, but trying tto open communication with workers is to be commended.

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software
Cons
pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
