Working from home (for some, not all positions are remote) You can work your way through seniority towards the shift time you'd prefer Great management, helpful Nice perks Long training time
Cons
High turnover, and it takes approximately 6 weeks for new staff to get training, which is a good thing for them but causes a stressful work environment when short staffed.

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software
Cons
pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
