Ensemble Health Partners Response

We are sorry that this has been your experience at Ensemble. We do offer flexible and remote work arrangements that benefit our associates in balancing work and their personal lives. We offer generous paid time off plans, buy-back plans, and roll-over options for PTO depending on which plan associates are under so associates can plan and enjoy their time off. We try to tailor our work/life balance approach to provide a variety of options for all associates, as we are dedicated to creating a positive work/life balance for all associates and understand this balance may mean something different to everyone. We provide countless opportunities to speak up about ways to improve our company, and we encourage this each and every day. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. At any time, we welcome you to contact us directly with your personal story at askjudson@ensemblehp.com or tellshannon@ensemblehp.com and let’s discuss your perception and experience together.

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
