My supervisor always relied on everyone else to do their job. Senior leadership are all friends so concerns are never addressed if there are concerns with a certain person of senior leadership. Pay and benefits are below industry standards and when it’s brought up, it’s never really addressed. AR department is expected to follow up on everything and still make production even though calls to status appeals can be lengthy. Instead of collaborating with other departments for resolution, AR is expected to take on further responsibility.
