Pros

Working from home, is ALL!!

Cons

Bonus is bull; 401K no matching; benefits are expensive for what you get; low pay; you can WFH, but with Wi-Fi that they require and electric bill increase there’s not enough money. Plan to get a part time job

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
