Pros

The management is very supportive and the schedule is flexible. They also provide excellent coding education opportunities.

Cons

Training is lacking. Micromanagement is excessive. You have to document quotas, down time, meetings, etc. They will also pull reports on your quotas, and you get monthly audits on quotas, work flow processes, and coding audits.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
