Pros

Company culture is good. There is a lot of room for advancement.

Cons

Pay is low, management is poor. Promoting someone to a supervisory position because they have a sunny personality, but absolutely no idea how to do the job that they are supervising is a common occurrence. This does not give the people they are supervising a lot of confidence. Leadership talks a lot about having the best employees in the industry working for them, but they do not want to pay those employees what they are worth for being the best in the industry. The different departments do not seem to work together as a team toward a common goal. There is a lot of "it's not my job" attitude.

Pros

You are at home. Some coworkers are nice. If you can deal with lousy lazy leaders you will be okay.

Cons

Micromanagement. Lead by managers who act like they came from McDonald's. Low pay for what we are asked to do. Raises are a joke. Training is a joke. Benefits are a joke. If you cab get in elsewhere do it. Not diverse.
