Pros

This job has a lot of pros. I love how easy it is to get in touch with higher ups. It’s easy to move up in this company. At 8 months I’ve already been promoted. We get quarterly bonuses if you meet your goals.

Cons

The point system. My only complaint as I have health issues. Also, if you miss more than 3 days you have to fill out Short Term Disability forms. I missed a week from being sick and despite having documentation , I still got points and had to fill out a long complicated form that I had to pay my doctor to do.

Pros

You are at home. Some coworkers are nice. If you can deal with lousy lazy leaders you will be okay.

Cons

Micromanagement. Lead by managers who act like they came from McDonald's. Low pay for what we are asked to do. Raises are a joke. Training is a joke. Benefits are a joke. If you cab get in elsewhere do it. Not diverse.
