Pros

Nothing is good at this company

Cons

This whole company is a joke. They do not care about the patients. Leadership consists of senior women who don't even know how to do their job yet alone manage a team. Since they are on the senior side they are desperate for their position and treat their associates horribly with unrealistic expectations. Pay is also low. Just all around a horrible company

Pros

You are at home. Some coworkers are nice. If you can deal with lousy lazy leaders you will be okay.

Cons

Micromanagement. Lead by managers who act like they came from McDonald's. Low pay for what we are asked to do. Raises are a joke. Training is a joke. Benefits are a joke. If you cab get in elsewhere do it. Not diverse.
