Pros

This is a small company. The management did a good job of organizing the field portions of the job. They were quick to supply the materials we needed to satisfy our customers.

Cons

Being a small company there was no room for advancement. The owner was reluctant to invest money into expansion.

Lot's of overtime Decent Mancamp's

Cons

Scummy people Lot's of Racism in the field. 12 hr shifts, then 4 hours of drive time to and from. So you're out for 16 hours. 25 on 5 off.
