Pros

At Ensono, culture is more than just a buzzword – it’s a lived experience. The company fosters an environment where collaboration, continuous learning, and mutual respect thrive. Across teams and geographies, people are genuinely supportive of each other, and leadership is approachable, transparent, and committed to helping associates succeed. One of Ensono’s unique strengths is its focus on empowerment: employees are trusted to take ownership of their work, drive innovation, and make decisions that deliver value for clients. Professional development is actively encouraged through training, certifications. Work‑life balance is respected, and flexibility is part of the DNA, making it possible to excel at your role while having time for personal priorities. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are championed through strong community programs and employee resource groups. In short, Ensono’s culture combines the energy of a dynamic tech organization with the warmth of a people‑first company.

Pros

When I first started looking into Ensono - it appeared to be a great company to work for. I found out the opposite within a short time.

Cons

They sign a lot of deals but don't have enough people to support the accounts. They use PIPs to get rid of people without first talking to them about what the employee needs to do to improve performance. I know many people who worked there who would never, ever go back because of their culture and management. Most managers there have never done the jobs of their employees themselves. So how can they tell someone to improve when they don't know the job themselves? They are the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for many IT companies in my 30 year career.
