Pros

* A business that was built to provide a different option in the market, and is genuinely delivering on the promise * A welcoming, supportive culture with friendly, and extremely bright individuals * An onboarding process during the pandemic that reflected a transparent and efficient hiring / interview process * A flat hierarchy with regular communication and engagement from senior leadership either side of the pond (up to CEO) * A very open culture of feedback, input from the business, open communication * Teams across mainframe to cloud who are absolute experts in their field * Major improvements to brand, GTM and partnerships all underway, which will result in more inbound leads and subsequent revenue * Lots of happy customers who are available for references

Cons

* The nature of an evolving brand and sales organisation means you need to be entrepreneurial, persistent and take ownership as to where you focus your time, energy and efforts for lead and opportunity generation * Brand awareness is lacking * Some growth / acquisition pains are still present but are in the final stages of being ironed out * The US and European businesses are vastly different (though slowly converging) in terms of GTM and target orgs, which can sometimes result in marketing and product efforts weighted in favour of the States

Pros

Very Associate focused, leaders and CPE support you during your employment they offer great benefits and work life balance.

Cons

They are growing rapidly so sometimes you can see the growing pains. However, minimal impact hits the associate. Ensono absorbs and addresses an issues quickly.

Pros

When I first started looking into Ensono - it appeared to be a great company to work for. I found out the opposite within a short time.

Cons

They sign a lot of deals but don't have enough people to support the accounts. They use PIPs to get rid of people without first talking to them about what the employee needs to do to improve performance. I know many people who worked there who would never, ever go back because of their culture and management. Most managers there have never done the jobs of their employees themselves. So how can they tell someone to improve when they don't know the job themselves? They are the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for many IT companies in my 30 year career.
