Pros

- Great work life balance, work ethics and culture. - Amido values every employee's opinion equally regardless of the hierarchy and right decision is made at the end in any situation, mainly during covid times, employee well being sessions, ways of working, flexibility in timings were all some of the great examples. - Good projects to work on, company tries to keep the employees as engaged as possible. Constant review meeting with line managers, technical leads etc., supports an employee to voice out their concerns as well as progress their career well. - Transparent HR policies on pay rise, promotion or any administration processes.

Cons

- As a consultancy in it's growing stage, sometimes cross pollination of skills are expected, where in a back end developer would be assigned to a front end project which may have valid reasons (ie., to keep the pay cycle running for an employee, use resources wisely, etc.,) but in any consultancy at times this is unavoidable. So I wouldn't say this as a major concern as long as that assignment goes beyond 3 or 4 months where a person would really struggle to show case his skills on an unknown domain.

Thank you for your feedback and, more importantly, thank you for your contribution to Amido’s success since you joined us. It’s great to hear that you recognise we genuinely care about our employees and I’m glad you feel that you’re able to share your personal feedback here. People are at the heart of Amido (friends that do) and, as CEO, I consider our staff’s wellbeing and welfare to be one of my main priorities. Of course, there’s always room to learn and grow, and we’re constantly striving to improve how we do things, so thank you for sharing your thoughts. As you mention, the nature of consulting means we work with a variety of clients who are at different points of their journey with Agile and its principles, and it’s our job to advise and guide them along that journey. I think you raise a valid point about rotation and this is something we're always keen to improve on. We always strive to work on interesting and challenging technical projects, as we understand the importance of finding these for our employees to keep them engaged and challenged in the best way possible. By focussing on projects delivered by cross-functional teams, we’re able to avoid “selling” individual resources. It's important to me to hear your feedback on the Ensono acquisition. The work we are doing with Ensono, whilst maintaining our own identity, will mean global growth and opportunities but I accept that a deal like this is not for everyone. It's crucial to me that we do not lose the culture and values of Amido and I look forward to having you on board as we navigate this new opportunity. Thanks again for your continued support.

Pros

Very Associate focused, leaders and CPE support you during your employment they offer great benefits and work life balance.

Cons

They are growing rapidly so sometimes you can see the growing pains. However, minimal impact hits the associate. Ensono absorbs and addresses an issues quickly.

Pros

When I first started looking into Ensono - it appeared to be a great company to work for. I found out the opposite within a short time.

Cons

They sign a lot of deals but don't have enough people to support the accounts. They use PIPs to get rid of people without first talking to them about what the employee needs to do to improve performance. I know many people who worked there who would never, ever go back because of their culture and management. Most managers there have never done the jobs of their employees themselves. So how can they tell someone to improve when they don't know the job themselves? They are the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for many IT companies in my 30 year career.
