Pros

Good benefits used to over compensate

Cons

The worst company culture I've ever had the misfortune to work in. From the very top down if you're not supporting a sale (drop everything you're doing and help 10 times a week) then you are harming the business. Everything is someone else's fault and scapegoats are found at the first sign of any trouble. Every department is so over worked it's a fight to achieve anything. Everyone pulls the drawbridge up when they know a request is coming in to protect themselves (see first point about blame culture). This company hasn't directly won awards for "best place to work" nor been top 100 placed. Companies they acquired did this, then subsequently didn't win or get placed again. E.G. Attenda 2017. Should tell you everything you need to know about culture here. Staff are regularly surveyed, which is good, but then nothing seems to come of it. It's almost like the polls keep coming simply to see if moral has miraculously improved without any intervention. Senior management seem to be listless on how to tackle the consistent answers to the culture polls.

Pros

Very Associate focused, leaders and CPE support you during your employment they offer great benefits and work life balance.

Cons

They are growing rapidly so sometimes you can see the growing pains. However, minimal impact hits the associate. Ensono absorbs and addresses an issues quickly.

Pros

When I first started looking into Ensono - it appeared to be a great company to work for. I found out the opposite within a short time.

Cons

They sign a lot of deals but don't have enough people to support the accounts. They use PIPs to get rid of people without first talking to them about what the employee needs to do to improve performance. I know many people who worked there who would never, ever go back because of their culture and management. Most managers there have never done the jobs of their employees themselves. So how can they tell someone to improve when they don't know the job themselves? They are the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for many IT companies in my 30 year career.
