Pros

Employee Centric. Consider the Employee feedbacks. Nice Work Culture and work-life balance.

Cons

***Most of Directors & Senior Leaders not sharing the responsibilities to their reportees, taking others work to create the visibility. They should only give the direction and trust others. This issue I mostly seen at India locations. They should watch and share the feedback and develop the next level leaders. Always trying to create Visibility, so Managers dont have any jobs to work. Then what's the role of Manager. They dont have access or visiblity on howmuch of budget it get allocate to his own team. Only Directors are allocating the incentive amount and percentage to all their team members. Not involving their managers at all. ****Another one, promotion is another issue for manager. They are more biased now.. its going worsen every year. Directors not do what they committed. Need to look the promotion figures in region specific. I see % percentage of promotion in PUNE locations are more compare to other locations. Most of the high level leaders on each org are located in PUNE only. They are in the final decision making in overall.

Pros

When I first started looking into Ensono - it appeared to be a great company to work for. I found out the opposite within a short time.

Cons

They sign a lot of deals but don't have enough people to support the accounts. They use PIPs to get rid of people without first talking to them about what the employee needs to do to improve performance. I know many people who worked there who would never, ever go back because of their culture and management. Most managers there have never done the jobs of their employees themselves. So how can they tell someone to improve when they don't know the job themselves? They are the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for many IT companies in my 30 year career.
