Pros

I work in Ensono for a few years now, and I have to admit, that I really like people and culture here (keep in mind, I work in US/EU teams). Ensono is for me perfect size of corporation. It is large enough, so you have opportunity to work with top enterprise technology and you have access to best tools. On other hand, it is small enough, that you, as a single person, do still matter. If you love technology, you dive deep and you deliver and help your colleagues, it will be seen, and it will be rewarded (salary, position, opportunities). But you HAVE TO have internal drive to be better and learn a lot, since this size of corporation is moving fast in technology river - that is what Ensono can deliver to clients better, than large corpos that are like a slow tankers. Many people may prefer to be average and have quite job for 20 years with good salary - but this is not place to be for them :) I know that there are different teams here, and you may end up with team leader that is not best out there, but as corpo, we do have tools to give feedback, and those are still being read by management :)

Cons

Well, in US office you won't find many ppl (remote work mostly) so don't expect office filled with games and fun and people like on advertisement of many startups :) PL office is bit empty as well, but a lot more active!

Pros

Very Associate focused, leaders and CPE support you during your employment they offer great benefits and work life balance.

Cons

They are growing rapidly so sometimes you can see the growing pains. However, minimal impact hits the associate. Ensono absorbs and addresses an issues quickly.

Pros

When I first started looking into Ensono - it appeared to be a great company to work for. I found out the opposite within a short time.

Cons

They sign a lot of deals but don't have enough people to support the accounts. They use PIPs to get rid of people without first talking to them about what the employee needs to do to improve performance. I know many people who worked there who would never, ever go back because of their culture and management. Most managers there have never done the jobs of their employees themselves. So how can they tell someone to improve when they don't know the job themselves? They are the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for many IT companies in my 30 year career.
