Therapy Brands is comprised of a group of people who truly care about their end market and improving patient outcomes for therapists. I've never worked with a more entrepreneurial-spirited team. We tackle issues together and work toward solutions respectfully. We do move fast, and the company is rapidly evolving. This kind of change can be hard for some people, but I see it creating opportunities for staff members all the time. The work we do isn't easy, but the mission of the company makes it totally worth it! The goal is to have positive impact on the lives of 25 million people by 2025. That kind of mission is motivating to me - our software gives practitioners time back to focus on patients. Our leadership & management teams are always willing to listen and take feedback. This last year has been so challenging as we are all still working from home. They listened to feedback about communication and provided multiple ways to connect directly with the senior leaders - to listen to them and to be heard by them. They've instituted town halls, office hours, newsletters, all things that didn't exist before the pandemic. And they've rolled out some new benefits recently that we're still learning about that sound very exciting. Our outlook is also fantastic. We grew during a pandemic and there is now more need for our software than ever before. With KKR joining our sponsors, I believe we'll see investment to make us even stronger and help us grow.
Cons
Working from home for 15 months (although for all the right reasons) is hard. Excited for the offices to open back up so we can begin traveling to see each other again.
